CONDITIONS OF LEASE Renters agree to adhere to the following rules and notices: No pets allowed on premises Report lost keys immediately Security is your responsibility; do not allow strangers, do not place valuables near open windows and doors Under no circumstances may furniture be moved around. Do not play in the Jacuzzi when it is empty Do not fill Jacuzzi with water Treat this property as you would treat your own property Jacuzzi is for owner use only If you break something please replace it. Premises must be vacated no later than 9h00 on the day of departure and can only be occupied by 14h00 on the day of arrival except by special arrangement with agent. KEYS MUST be to returned to the office, alternatively after hours as arranged with the agents. All windows closed and outside doors to be locked Linen will only be exchanged if your stay exceeds 7 days. In the event of any appliance being out of order, we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof, but will see to repairs as soon as possible when reported. NO REDUCTION OF RENT will be allowed for delays beyond our control. No wet swimwear or dirty feet on chairs and beds No loud music or noise, especially later in the evenings and early mornings No washing allowed in front of windows or on balconies Refuse removal: Please make sure that you know where and when to put your refuse for removal Bring own towels and Dish cloths The renter accepts full responsibility and risk of any injury, damage, theft or loss of renter property and /or vehicle resulting from the use of Aride Holiday accommodation We will not be liable for any personal or physical damage, theft or loss of renter property and/or vehicle howsoever caused, whether directly or indirectly, resulting from the use of Aride Holiday Accommodation.
