Because of past experience's we do not accept any students or matriculated students for accommodation The full deposit amount as specified is payable immediately to confirm your booking. ONLY CASH deposits, BANK CHEQUES deposits and Transfers are acceptable. If your occupation date is less than 7 days only CASH deposits will be allowed no CHEQUES. Cottages / Flats are let strictly on the number of beds available for guests and any excess of that number cannot be accepted. (Children inclusive). Failure to adhere to these conditions will lead to immediate eviction without any money refunded. |
